Sending Your Photos:
Almost any photo you have- color, black and white, work perfectly for our jewelry.
Try to select photos that are sharp and clear. The larger the photo the better the detail.
For the best quality look use professional images. 
Most tags have a bit of a brush finish, choose the Sterling Silver Pendants & Charms for the best image quality.

For digital or scanned pictures simply click reply when you receive your receipt by email and attach your photo
should be in .jpg format. Design your own or let me do it for you!

If mailing an check or money order, place your order online and select type of payment, your item will be held aside awaiting payment.
Please label your photos with your contact info and order number and protect in sturdy cardboard before sending.

Your photos will be returned in the same condition I receive them. I take great care and try to return them with the items. If for some reason we cannot use your photo, we will contact you within 24 hours by email.
Upon receipt of order and photo, we will email you some proofs for approval. Once approved, orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days USPS Mail.
